| With over 30 years running experience ranging from winning the Devon Schools Cross Country and Track 1500m Championship at the tender age of 14 to winning the Dartmoor marathon and many local races during the 1980’s. After serious injury in 1990 he is now seen running casually in local races. |

| An original member of his running club with over 20 years running experience he was previously employed as the manager of the Copthorne Hotel Leisure Centre, so he is in a ideal position to advise on workouts and casual running. He is now seen regularly leading the 8/9minute group at the Tamar Trotters. |

| What can we say about Chris, nicknamed “the anorak”. Joining the company as a YTS trainee he has been a very loyal and reliable employee for 16 years and also enjoys a bit of casual running - after losing some weight he is now known as "slim line" Chris. |

| Matthew is our latest fulltime employee after 2 years training. Matthew fully understands the importance of advice given to customers by our running specialist shop. He has become a great asset to our company, and is now also casually jogging with the Tamar Trotters (p.s. we feel we have another "anorak" in the making). |
