Shop History

Established in 1989 on Plymouth`s historic Barbican, then expanding and moving into the City Centre. Over the years we have now become the South West`s Premier Running Shop. Since 1998 we have been organisers of the very successful Frank Elford Sports Autumn Trail Run, which raises money for St Lukes Hospice.
